    Supporting those with Bariatric surgery was the main inspiration that got this whole thing started.

  • Sharing is always optional. Many participants choose to reflect quietly at first and still experience big shifts. You’ll never be called on or put on the spot - this is a space built on safety, respect, and support.

  • Most people spend far more than this trying to fix the same problem.

    • Therapy alone can cost $160-$220/wk ($1,920-$2,640 over 3 months).

    • Diet programs range from $500-$1,500 every time you restart.

    • General mental health support and counselling often costs $150-$200 per session.

    Our entire 3-month program is just $498, with 8-10x the touchpoints, emotional tool proven to reduce regain risk, and support you simply don’t get anywhere else.

  • These programs are designed to provide a great level of change, as part of this we do require clients to hold themselves accountable to their commitment.
