3-Month Program

Kindness Foundations for Weight & Wellbeing

This 3-month foundational program is designed to establish a kinder, more sustainable approach to long-term weight loss and personal wellbeing. By replacing cycles of self-judgement with evidence-informed practices rooted in self-compassion, emotional resilience, and values-based living, participants will build the internal capacity required for lasting transformation.

Through group coaching, guided reflection, and practical tools - you will begin to:

  • Build stronger motivation and confidence.

  • Reduce self-sabotaging behaviors and negative coping actions.

  • Nourish your body without guilt, learning to eat in alignment with your needs.

  • Quiet the critic within and discover ways to access self-support.

  • Strengthen emotional resilience to handle tough moments without turning to food.

  • Redefine your identity beyond weight, embracing confidence, clarity, and purposeful action.

This program serves as the essential first step for individuals seeking more than just weight loss, but a healthier, more empowered relationship with their body and self for life.

  • Yes, we have done our best to provide a class format that is flexible to the schedule needs of the majority. With multiple time options (Morning, Afternoon, and Evening) for both Monday and Wednesday calls.

  • These programs are designed to provide a great level of change, as part of this we do require clients to hold themselves accountable to their commitment.

However, life does happen. So, we will always ask at the start of each call if everyone is comfortable with us recording for those who may be unable to attend. So long as no-one objects the recording will be made available after the lesson.

  • We are unable to control how involved you are, whether or not you actually work on the practices and assignments we provide, and whether or not you engage in the coaching and lessons. So… we can’t. We can promise this, if you truly commit yourself then we will help you find the change you want and need.

  • No issue at all. After purchase, and when we send you the onboarding materials just reach out and let us know when you are looking to start the program.

  • This is different for each benefits provider, we recommend reaching out to your provider and asking “What level of coverage do I have for mental health, life coaching, or weight loss support?”

We are working hard on our end to connect with benefits providers to make this available in all benefits packages, and have reduced our costs as much as possible to make this already highly competitive and affordable.

  • Never. Sharing is always optional. Many participants choose to reflect quietly at first and still experience big shifts. You’ll never be called on or put on the spot - this is a space built on safety, respect, and support.

  • Yes. So long as you are committed and have an open-minded attitude throughout the program.

Through changing your emotional and mental relationship with food, your body, and your mind, long-term success can be achieved.

  • Absolutely. In fact, supporting people in your community was the main inspiration for this program. We understand the complexities of your weight loss journey, always bring support and a total lack of judgement to you.
